We are located in the Sun Mill Compound in Lower Parel, specifically at 105 Vasan Udyao Bhavan. It’s right opposite the Big Bazar, so it’s a landmark everyone knows. The area has changed a lot over the years, with all the new malls and offices, but our building still has that old industrial feel. Medica Instrument Mfg. Co. is where we spend our hours making and checking medical instruments. It’s not a quiet place. There’s always the sound of machines or people moving things around. We’ve got a small workshop setup here. We don't have a glossy reception area. Instead, you'll see tools, raw materials, and half-finished instruments on the benches. It’s a real manufacturing spot. The workers here have a lot of experience and they just get on with it. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements. Most of our customers come to us because they’ve used our instruments before. Lower Parel is a bit of a maze, but once you find Sun Mill Compound, we’re easy to spot. It’s a bit cramped sometimes with all the inventory, but we make it work. We just focus on the manufacturing side and try to keep our quality steady. It’s a tough business but we’ve been at it for a long time and we know our way around a medical instrument. There's always coffee in the breakroom if things get too busy.
