Mcode Ventures Llp

Mcode Ventures Llp is located in Oxford Towers, which is in Yamuna Nagar. It’s right off the New Link Road in Andheri West. We occupy units 131 and 132. It’s a busy area because of the metro and all the shops nearby. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some desks pushed against the walls and a lot of cables running across the floor. It’s not a showroom. It’s a place where we sit for eight or nine hours a day getting things done. We don’t have a fancy coffee machine, just a regular kettle. The noise from the Link Road is constant, but you stop noticing it after a while. We’ve been in this building for some time now. We know the lift operator and the guys who deliver the mail. It’s a very standard Mumbai work environment. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just come in, check our messages, and work on our projects. It’s a small team, so we all know what everyone else is doing. We don't have big meetings in boardrooms. We just talk over the monitors. It can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of files, but we make it work. We aren't looking to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our job and go home to our families.
