Mehta Brothers

Mehta Brothers is basically just us working out of the ground floor of the Shroff Building. We are on Dr Mascarenhas Road in Mazgaon. It is an old building, but it works for what we do. We’ve been here for years. My father actually started things, and now we just keep it going. It is a small space, 142/56 to be exact. Usually, you will find one of us behind the desk or checking the stock in the back. Mazgaon is a busy part of the city, so there is always noise from the street. We deal with a lot of regular customers who have been coming to us for decades. They know where we are. We don't really have a big staff, just family and a couple of helpers. Sometimes the deliveries arrive late because of the traffic on Mascarenhas Road, which can be a real headache. But we deal with it. We don’t have a fancy website or any of that. We just focus on the daily tasks. If you walk past the Shroff Building, you can't miss us. It is a simple setup. We like it that way. No corporate meetings or long emails, just real work with real people. It gets dusty, and the phone rings a lot, but it’s home to us. We just want to finish the day’s work and head home. There is always something to do in a place like this.
