We are based over in New Panvel West, specifically at the Indrasth Complex in Sector-10. You can find our office up on the fifth floor in the A-Wing. Being part of the Khanda Colony neighborhood for a while now has given us a good sense of how things work around here. It's a busy spot but we like it. We focus on housing projects because people always need a roof over their heads, and we try to get things done without making it more complicated than it needs to be. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than the actual building work, which is just how things go in this business. Our team is small, mostly local folks who know the area well. We don't have fancy lobbies or anything, just a desk where we handle the day-to-day stuff. Most days are spent looking over plans or chatting with people who are looking for a place to stay in this part of Navi Mumbai. We've seen the area change a lot over the years, with new shops and more traffic coming in. It keeps us on our toes. If you are walking around Sector-10, you might see us coming and going from the building. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. There isn't much more to it than that. We just show up every morning and try to finish what we started.
