You can find Mayfair Housing Pvt. Ltd. over at Flat 11 in Sunder Niwas. We are located in Saraswat Baug, which is in the Jogeshwari area of Mumbai. It’s a residential-feeling spot, but we’ve turned the flat into our main workspace. It’s got a bit of a homey feel, which we actually like. There’s no big corporate sign or glass entrance here. We mostly spend our days dealing with various housing projects and making sure the details are sorted out. Jogeshwari is a busy place, and being here keeps us connected to what’s happening on the ground. We don't really go for the high-pressure sales talk you might hear from other firms. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors, because often they are. The office can get a bit cramped when the whole team is in, but we manage. It’s about getting the work done, not having the biggest office on the block. We’ve been in Maharashtra for a long time and understand how the local housing scene works. We keep our files in order and try to stay on top of the regulations. If you drop by Sunder Niwas, you’ll see we are just a regular group of people working hard. We don't use any scripts or fancy language. It’s just us, working out of a flat in Jogeshwari, trying to make things happen. We’ve been at this address for years and know the building inside and out by now.
