Maxval Technologies

Maxval Technologies is located over in Navi Mumbai. It’s a big area, but we have our little corner where we set up our computers and get to work every morning. Being in Navi Mumbai means we deal with the commute like everyone else, sometimes taking the train or just driving through the traffic. Our office is a simple place. It’s mostly just rows of desks and some whiteboards that have seen better days. We aren't really the type to have a fancy lounge or a coffee bar. We just have a small corner for the kettle and some biscuits. The people here are local, and we spend our time looking at screens and talking about projects. It’s a quiet atmosphere for the most part, except for when we’re all trying to figure out a problem together. We like being in this part of the city because it feels a bit more open than the main Mumbai island. There is a lot of tech stuff happening around here, so we fit right in. We don't have any big corporate signs or anything like that. Just a name on the directory and a door that stays open during the day. We keep our heads down and try to stay on top of the work we have. It’s a regular job in a regular part of town. We usually head out around six and walk to the nearest station. Sometimes we stay late if a task is being difficult or if the rain is too heavy to leave.
