We are based in Kalyan, specifically at Shreeji Park in the Adharwadi Jail Road area. It’s a busy part of the city. Being in C-203, we are tucked away a bit in the complex. If you are coming from the main road, just look for the Shree Complex nearby. Most of us here have been working in infrastructure for a long time. Our office is usually full of maps and project schedules pinned to the walls. It’s not the quietest place because of the traffic outside and the general hum of the neighborhood, but we are used to it by now. We spend our mornings checking on various sites and the afternoons are for meetings and sorting out the logistics. There is always a lot of coffee and tea going around. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. Sometimes the work takes us all over the Kalyan area. It can be exhausting with the heat and the crowds, but it’s just the nature of the job. We try to keep our files organized, though sometimes the desks get buried under site reports. We’re just a regular group of people trying to make sure the infrastructure projects get finished on time. It’s practical work and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. We just deal with the daily grind of the industry.
