Our office is over in Panhala, specifically in the Padal area. Sanjay Dattatray More handles a lot of the day-to-day stuff here. If you look at our card, you’ll see his email and phone number right there because we don't have a big switchboard or any fancy receptionists. Being in Kolhapur, we get some nice weather, but the monsoon season can make site visits a real challenge for us. We do engineering and development work, which mostly means a lot of site measurements and looking at blueprints. It’s a lot of practical work. We spend a good amount of time out in the field and then come back here to finish the paperwork. The office isn't anything special to look at. It's just a place to get the planning done. We have a few computers and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. People around Padal know us, and we try to keep things local. Sometimes we have to travel a bit further out into the district for projects. It's a lot of driving and talking to contractors. We don't use big fancy words to describe what we do. We just build things and make sure the plans are right. Sometimes the internet is slow, so we end up calling each other more than emailing. It is a straightforward way of working, and it seems to work out for everyone involved. We just keep our heads down and do the engineering work.
