Match-Well Die Casters

Our workshop is at A 259 in the MIDC area of Mahape. It’s right in the middle of the TTC Industrial Area, so it is surrounded by factories and big sheds. The heat from the die casting is something you just get used to after a week or two on the job. We have been operating out of this unit for a long time. There is usually a lot of noise from the machines and the cooling fans running all day long. The floors are usually a bit dusty, and everyone wears their work boots. We spend most of our time looking at molds and checking the metal for any issues. It’s not a quiet place to work, but it’s what we do. The commute out here to Mahape can be a bit of a pain with the traffic on the Thane-Belapur road, but once you’re inside the gates, you just focus on the task at hand. We take our breaks together in the small area out back where it's a bit cooler. There are plenty of other shops nearby doing similar industrial work, so there is always a sense of everyone being in the same boat. We don't really do much marketing or anything; the work usually just comes from people knowing where we are. It’s a straightforward operation. We start early in the morning before the sun gets too high and usually wrap up when the shift is done. It is just the reality of working in a big industrial zone.
