Mastek Limited

Our office is located in Navi Mumbai, specifically in Koperkhairne. We are at Row House-3, which is part of the Agriculture Co-Op Housing Society on Plot No. 105 in Sector-16. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for a company like Mastek, being in a residential housing society, but it actually works out quite well for us. It’s much quieter than being in one of those huge industrial parks. We have a small team here that handles the day-to-day operations. The row house gives us a bit of a multi-level space to work in, which is nice for separating the quiet desk work from the busier stuff. Koperkhairne is a growing area, and we’ve seen a lot of changes since we first set up here. Most mornings involve a lot of emails and phone calls. We don’t have a big sign out front or anything. If you’re looking for us, you just look for the third row house in the society. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside while we’re trying to have meetings, but that’s just part of being in this kind of neighborhood. It feels more like a community than a cold business district. We keep our schedules pretty regular and try to get out before the local trains get too crowded. It’s a practical setup for us and we’ve made the space our own.
