Mas Gym The Fitness Empire

Mas Gym is located in the Dev Paradise building on Kanakia Beverly Park Road in Mira Road. We’ve taken up a few units, specifically D1 through D4, so there is a decent amount of room to move around. We are right next to the IDBI Bank, which makes us pretty easy to spot from the road. We call it the Fitness Empire, but it’s really just a big local gym where everyone knows each other. We have a lot of equipment packed in—plenty of benches, a long rack of dumbbells, and a section for legs. It’s a busy place, especially in the mornings before people head out to Thane or into the city for their jobs. The floor is usually busy, and there’s always the sound of weights clanking and people talking. It’s not a quiet library type of place. We have some fans and units to keep the air moving, though it still gets quite warm when the place is full of people. The staff are mostly local guys who have been lifting for years. They aren't walking around in suits; they’re usually in gym gear helping out or cleaning up the machines. We don't have a lot of fancy digital stuff, just good old-fashioned iron and some reliable machines. People come here because it’s convenient and they can just get their workout done without any hassle. It’s a straightforward part of the Mira Road community. We’ve got water and a place to change.
