We are located at 127, Linkway Estate, right on the Link Road in Malad West. It’s a very busy part of the city and there is always a lot of noise from the cars and construction nearby. Our business, Maruti Auto Spares Parts Pvt. Ltd, is basically a large warehouse and shop combined into one. The place is full of metal racks that go all the way to the ceiling, packed with boxes of car parts. It smells like old metal and plastic in here. We deal with all kinds of spare parts for Maruti cars, from the smallest screws to the larger body panels. We spend most of our day looking up parts on the computer or digging through the shelves to find what a customer needs. It’s a lot of physical work, especially when we have to move the heavier boxes around. The counter is usually busy with people asking for prices or checking if we have a specific item in stock. We don't have a fancy showroom or any comfortable chairs for people to wait in. Most folks just stand at the counter while we fetch their parts. Link Road is a mess during rush hour, so getting here can take a while, but we stay open late to help people out. It’s just a regular, dusty auto parts shop where we try to keep everything in stock so nobody leaves empty-handed.
