If you look for us in Mumbai, you’ll find us at Shivaji Nagar in the Tawsalkar Chawl area. It’s a very typical Mumbai neighborhood, crowded and full of life. Maruti Air Couriers & Cargo Pvt. Ltd is what we do. We’ve got a small office here in Maharashtra 400057. It’s a tight space because that’s just how it is in this part of the city. We deal with a lot of packages every single day. The heat in the afternoon can be tough, especially when we’re moving heavy boxes around the chawl. There is always someone shouting or a bike honking outside. It’s never quiet. We have a few fans going all the time to keep the air moving. Our desks are covered in receipts and logbooks. We don’t use any fancy systems, just the basics to make sure everyone gets their mail. People from the neighborhood often stop by just to say hello or ask about a delivery. It feels like a community here. We work long hours, starting early before it gets too hot and staying late until the last delivery is sorted. We aren't some big corporate giant with a glass building. We’re just a local crew in a chawl doing our best to keep the cargo moving. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep things organized and moving through the city.
