Marquardt

We have been over at 21, Govt. Ind Estate in Kandivli (W) for a while now. Most folks in the area just know us as Marquardt. It is an industrial zone, so there is always some noise from the neighbors or a truck blocking the entrance, but that is just how it goes around here. We get in early, open the doors, and get right to work. The building itself is nothing fancy at all, just a practical space where we handle things. People often ask where we are exactly, and we usually just tell them to look for the sign near the main gate of the estate. It gets really busy, especially on Mondays. We have a small team here, and most of us have known each other for years. We are not trying to be the biggest place in town, just consistent. Sometimes the power flutters or the rain makes the road a bit messy, but we stay open regardless. It is a bit of a walk from the station, but the rickshaw drivers know the spot well enough. We try to keep the office tidy, though there is always a bit of dust from being in an industrial estate. It is just part of the job. If you stop by, you will probably see a few of us drinking tea outside during the break. We do not spend much time on fancy talk. We just focus on whatever needs to be done that day. Being in Kandivli has its perks.
