Marq

We set up Marq in Arafat Apartment a few years back. It’s right there in Millat Nagar, which stays pretty crowded most of the day. Our office is in Plot No.A11, specifically room 101. It’s a standard residential building so it feels quite quiet once you get inside. We don’t have big flashing signs outside. Most people who come here are locals or people who heard about us from someone else in Andheri West. The room isn't huge, but we have enough space for the desks and some storage. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so taking the stairs is usually faster. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working on the computers here. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons when the sun hits the windows directly, even with the fan going. We usually grab lunch from the small stalls downstairs. It’s a simple operation. We aren't trying to be some massive company with hundreds of employees. It's just a few of us making sure things run right every day. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we moved in, but we stayed in the same spot. It’s convenient for us because the commute isn’t too bad. We know the security guard and the neighbors quite well by now. It’s just a regular workplace in a busy part of town.
