Dhanashre

Our place is Gala No. 3 over in Chimanpada, right near the Ruby Coach area on the Andheri-Kurla Road. Marol Naka is always a bit of a mess with traffic and people moving stuff around, and we are right in the middle of it. It’s an industrial spot, so don't expect anything shiny. We have a lot of stuff stacked up, and sometimes it's hard to find a place to sit. We spend our days mostly handling orders and moving boxes. It’s a small team here, just a few of us making sure things go where they’re supposed to. We get a lot of dust from the road, so we’re always wiping things down. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We’ve been in this gala for a good amount of time and know all the other shop owners nearby. Sometimes we help each other out if someone’s short on hands. The hours are long, especially when we have a big shipment coming in or going out. We don't really do much advertising; people usually find us because they need what we have and they know we're here. If the gate is open, we're working. It’s practical, honest work, and we don’t try to make it sound like more than it is. Just a bunch of guys in a workshop trying to keep the business moving. The tea stall nearby is where we spend our ten-minute breaks before getting back to the boxes and getting things ready.
