Marksans Pharma Ltd. is located on the 6th floor of Chintamani Plaza. We’re at 601/622, right on the Andheri Kurla Road in Andheri - East. If you know Mumbai, you know how hectic this area is. There’s always construction or traffic right outside our window. Being on the 6th floor helps get us away from the street noise a little bit, but not entirely. Our office is a busy place. We’ve got people coming and going all day long. It’s a big space but we’ve managed to fill it up with plenty of desks and equipment. It’s not a polished showroom; it’s a working office where things actually get managed and organized. We don’t spend much time worrying about how the place looks to visitors. As long as the work is getting done and the orders are moving, we’re happy. The staff here are a mix of folks from all over the city. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time on the phone. It’s just the way things are in this industry. We don’t have a fancy mission statement posted on the wall. We just show up, deal with whatever problems come up that day, and try to stay ahead of the schedule. It’s a practical way to run things, and it seems to work for us. Most days it's just about keeping the paperwork straight and the deliveries on time.
