If you have ever been stuck in the traffic near the bridge, you know exactly where we are. We chose this apartment for our work because it is central and easy to get to, even if the roads are crowded. The flat itself is quite large, so we have turned the main rooms into a workspace. We have a few desks, some chairs, and a small area for files. It does not look like those tech offices you see in magazines. It is just a regular place where we get our work done. We do not have a canteen, so we usually just order some food from the small stalls nearby or bring lunch from home. The atmosphere is very casual. We do not bother with formal clothes or strict schedules. We just make sure the trading tasks are finished on time. From the balcony, you can see all the movement on the street below. It reminds us of how fast things move in Bangalore. We like the independence of working from a flat. It is quiet enough to concentrate but close enough to the action. It is just a group of us working hard and trying to stay organized in the middle of a busy city.
