You can find us at 108, Sati Industrial Enterprises, which is on I.B. Patel Road in Goregaon-East. Being in an industrial area means it’s never really quiet around here. There is always the sound of trucks moving or machines running in the next unit over. Our place is full of tools, spare parts, and units that are being worked on. It’s a bit dusty, but that’s just the nature of the work we do. We mostly deal with air systems, so there are always pipes and filters lying around the floor. We don’t have a fancy showroom or a place for people to sit and wait. Most of our work is done either on the bench or out at someone else's location. The staff here is used to the heat of Goregaon, though we try to keep the fans going as much as possible. We’ve been on I.B. Patel Road for a long time, so we know the other business owners nearby quite well. It’s the kind of place where you can borrow a wrench from the neighbor if you can’t find yours. We don't have a big website or a social media manager. We just answer the phone when it rings and go where we are needed. It’s honest, hard work and we don't try to make it sound like anything else. If something is broken, we look at it and see if we can fix it. Simple as that.
