You can find Marathon Realty Ltd. over in Ambernath East. We are located in the Vadavali Section at Saket Apartment. Our office number is 201A. We are very close to the Dutta Mandir, which is a place most people around here know well. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of what is happening on the street below. The office itself is pretty plain. We have some wooden desks, a few plastic chairs for when people visit, and a lot of paper everywhere. The realty business involves a lot of forms and records, so we spend a lot of time just keeping things organized. It is not always the tidiest place, but it works for us. We don't have any big advertisements or flashy signs. Most of our clients are just people from the local neighborhood who have heard about us. We like the Vadavali area because it has a nice feel to it. Every morning we come in, make some tea, and start going through the tasks for the day. There is no stress of a big corporate office here. We just do our work and try to be helpful to anyone who walks in the door. Ambernath is growing fast, and we are just happy to be a small part of it. It is a decent, practical life here at Saket Apartment. We just keep our heads down and get the job done.
