Marathon Realty Ltd

Our office for Marathon Realty Ltd is located at Nalanda Niwas in Mumbai. We are in room 001, right on the ground floor of the building. It is on Fitwala Road in Elphinstone West. If you know the area, you know how busy it gets with the trains and the crowds. The pin code here is 400013. Our space is not very large, but it is enough for the few of us who work here. We have basic desks and a lot of cabinets for all the property files we keep. It is a very functional place. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive carpets. The noise from the street usually drifts inside, but we don't mind it much. Most of our day is spent handling documents and talking to people who come in with questions. We are just a local realty office doing our job in the middle of a busy city. There is no corporate polish here. We just use simple English and get to the point. Most of us take the train to get here because parking on Fitwala Road is almost impossible. We check our mail every morning and start the computers. It is a simple, honest routine that we have been following for years. We are just regular people helping other people with their property needs in this corner of Mumbai. It can get a bit hot in the afternoons but the fan keeps us going.
