We are tucked away in C 103, over at Shantivan Dwar in Borivali East. It's a nice enough spot because we are quite close to the National Park. You can actually feel a bit of a breeze sometimes, which is rare for this city. The lab isn't a massive facility like you see in movies. It's more of a practical, lived-in space where we get our testing done. We have the usual equipment and benches, and things are usually laid out for whoever is working that shift. Being near the park means it’s a bit calmer than the main market areas. We’ve been at this address for a while now. Most of our day is spent looking at samples or filling out reports. We don't have a marketing team or people to answer phones with a script. If you call, you just talk to whoever is free. We wear our lab coats, do the work, and try to keep the place organized. It’s not always perfectly tidy because we are actually using the space. There are boxes of supplies in the corners and charts pinned to the walls. It feels like a real workplace because it is one. We don’t bother with fancy decor. We just make sure the results are right and the equipment is running. It's a straightforward way to run a business, and it suits us just fine.
