We are Mantri Realty and our office is located right here in Mumbai. Since the address is just the city name, it sounds like we are everywhere, but we have our specific spot. Mumbai is a big place, and being a part of it means dealing with the noise and the constant movement. We have a small team here. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It has the usual stuff like desks, chairs, and a coffee machine that works when it wants to. We spend our hours doing the real estate work that needs to be done. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on documents. We don't really put on a show for anyone. If you walked in, you'd just see us working. We like being in Mumbai because there is always something happening, even if the commute is a bit of a pain most days. We've been doing this for a while and we have a way of doing things that works for us. It’s not about being the biggest or the most famous. It’s just about being reliable and getting the tasks finished. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just us, the people who show up every morning and leave when the work is finally done for the day. There are always stacks of paper to go through.
