Mantra Softech India Pvt Ltd is over in Borivali West, specifically at 401 in the Pushpanjali Building. Borivali is one of those places that never really sleeps, so there’s always something happening outside. Our office isn't one of those high-tech spaces you see in movies with bean bags and neon signs. It’s a pretty standard office with rows of computers and people sitting at their desks. We’ve been here for a while and the Pushpanjali Building has become a second home to us. The commute can be a bit of a grind depending on where you’re coming from, but once you’re inside, it’s just a normal workday. We have a small kitchen area where the kettle is almost always on, and the walls are mostly covered in notes and calendars. It gets a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, but mostly it’s just the sound of typing. We don't go in for big speeches or fancy titles; we’re just a team trying to get through our tasks and make things work correctly. The view from the fourth floor is just other buildings and the busy street below, but it’s alright. Sometimes the air conditioning is a bit too cold, so you’ll see people wearing sweaters even when it’s hot outside. It’s just a regular workplace with regular people doing their best to keep everything running smoothly day in and day out. We just try to get the work done without any extra fuss.
