Manoj Pawar Architects

Our small team is based over at Poddar Park in Bandra East, specifically in Malad C H S 6. It is a busy part of the city, which keeps things interesting for us. Manoj has been doing this for years, and the rest of us just try to keep up with the sketches and the site schedules. We do a lot of running around between different sites across the suburbs. Sometimes it feels like we spend more time on the road than at our desks, but that is just the nature of the job in this area. The office itself is usually cluttered with samples of tiles and stacks of blueprints that never seem to get any smaller. We are not really into those big corporate meetings; we prefer just sitting down with a cup of tea and talking through how a wall should look or where the plumbing needs to go. It gets a bit loud outside sometimes, but we are used to it. Most of the people who come to us are just looking for someone to help them navigate the local building rules or to draw up a simple plan for a renovation. We try to keep things straightforward. No fancy presentations, just honest drawings and a lot of measuring. It is a bit cramped in here when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. It has been our base for a while now and we know the neighbors well.
