It’s a pretty well-known road in this part of Borivali. Discovery Complex is a big place with lots of different activities going on at all hours. We’ve been in 1/504 for some time now. Borivali East has a very different vibe than the south of the city; it feels a bit more spread out but still very active. Sumul Dairy Road always has trucks and cars moving along, and you can hear the hum of the neighborhood throughout the day. We aren't a big corporation with a fancy lobby. When you come into our space, you just see a group of people working. Manoj Gurunath Pednekar & Company is a name we’ve worked hard to keep going. We don’t really do any advertising. Most people find us because they know where Discovery Complex is. It’s a convenient location for us because of the transport links nearby. We like being in this part of town. Every day is pretty much the same: we open up, handle our tasks, and deal with whatever comes through the door. It’s a simple, straightforward way to run things. We don’t think it needs to be more complicated than it already is. We just stay at our desks and get it done. The commute can be a bit of a haul if the trains are late, but we make it work. It’s just part of being a business in Borivali.
