We are based in Mumbai, right in the 400 086 area code. Our office is just a normal space where we get things done. It’s not very big, but it fits us just fine. We spend most of the day on the phone or checking lists. Mumbai is a fast city, so we have to stay on our toes just to keep up. There are a lot of boxes moving in and out sometimes. It gets a bit cramped when the shipments arrive. We don't have a big fancy sign outside, just our name. We’ve been around for a while now, doing our bit in the local market. Dealing with suppliers and customers takes up all our time. Some days are slow, others are a complete mess of paperwork. We drink a lot of chai to keep going. It’s just a bunch of us working together to make sure things get delivered where they need to go. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, just running a steady business. The traffic around here is usually terrible, which makes deliveries a headache, but we manage. You find a way to make it work. We’ve got our routine down. It’s straightforward work. No big corporate meetings or anything like that. Just regular people doing their jobs in a busy part of Maharashtra. We keep things simple because that’s the only way to get through the day without losing your head. We hope to stay here for many more years because Mumbai is our home and we know it best.
