Mane Constructions & Developers

At Mane Constructions & Developers, we operate out of our office in Wadala. Specifically, we’re in the Sargam Building on Reay Road, at number 147. We are quite close to the Aditya Jyot Eye Hospital, which is the easiest way to tell people where to find us. Reay Road is a busy area, lots of trucks and industrial activity, so it’s always a bit dusty around here. Our office is where all the planning happens. We have rolls of blueprints and maps lying around, and the phones never seem to stop ringing. It’s a pretty basic setup. We spend a lot of time out at the actual sites, so the office is often just a place to recharge and handle the paperwork. We’ve got a small crew and we’ve been working together for a long time now. It’s not a corporate environment where everyone wears suits. We’re usually in practical clothes because we might have to head out to a construction site at any minute. The Sargam Building isn't a new skyscraper; it’s just a regular building that’s seen a lot of years. We like it because it’s right in the middle of where all our projects are happening. Most of our day is spent dealing with contractors, checking schedules, and making sure the supplies are arriving on time. It’s hard work and it isn't always pretty, but it’s what we do every day.
