Man Infra Constructions Pvt Ltd is located over in Bhandup West, specifically in the Neelima Apartments, D/31. It’s on J.M. Road, which is a fairly well-known stretch in this part of Mumbai. We’ve been working out of this apartment-turned-office for quite some time. It gets pretty noisy outside with the traffic, but inside we just focus on getting the work done. The space is a bit cramped because of all the files and equipment we store, but it works for us. Most of our staff are locals who have been with us for years. We don't use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone with flashy offices. We just do construction. Whether it’s a small renovation or something larger, we just take it as it comes. Sometimes we’re working late into the night to finish up a schedule. It’s a tough business, and the Mumbai heat doesn't make it any easier on the guys at the sites. We use the J.M. Road office as our home base to manage everything. People usually find us by asking around the neighborhood. We don't really do any advertising. We just show up to the site, do what's needed, and move on. It’s a practical way to run a business, and it’s kept us going this long without much trouble. The office is usually open early if you need to catch someone before we head out to the next project.
