Malhar Plast Pvt.Ltd. is on the 2nd floor of the Jamna Building. The address is 292, L.T. Marg, which is a busy area to say the least. Being at unit 36 means you have to walk up a couple of flights of stairs, which keeps us moving. Jamna Building is an older structure, it’s got a lot of character and a lot of history in its walls. L.T. Marg is always buzzing with activity, people moving back and forth, and the sounds of the city coming in through the windows. It’s not the kind of place where it’s ever truly silent. The office itself is a bit cramped sometimes with all the folders and samples we keep around, but we know where everything is. We have a few desks squeezed in and a small area where we handle the paperwork. The air feels a bit heavy in the afternoons, but we have the fans going to keep things circulating. It’s a very traditional sort of workplace. You see the same faces every day, from the shopkeepers downstairs to the other tenants in the building. We’ve been at this L.T. Marg location for a good while, and it feels like home now. It’s a bit rough around the edges, maybe, but it’s where we get the work done and it serves us well. There is always tea being made in the small kitchen in the back.
