We are based on the first floor of the Lakshdeep building, right in Charkop Village. If you know Kandivali West in Mumbai, you know it’s a packed area with a lot going on. That’s where Malcolm Construction Pvt. Ltd. operates from. It’s a busy office because there is always something happening in the construction world here in the city. Mumbai moves fast, and we try to keep up with all the projects and planning from our spot in 400 067. The office is often full of blueprints and people coming in and out to talk about site work. It’s not the quietest place, but we like the energy of Charkop. Being on the first floor makes it easy for folks to drop by. We’ve been doing this for a while, handling the various bits and pieces that come with building in a crowded city. There is a lot of coordination involved, from checking materials to managing the guys on the ground. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy talk, we just focus on the building work itself. It’s a lot of long hours sometimes, especially when deadlines are tight. But we’ve got a good rhythm going here at Lakshdeep. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs to be done. It's just a regular local office where we handle the daily grind of the construction business.
