Universal Lab

We are located at Shop 12 inside the Malad Nilkanth housing society. It’s down Ramchandra Lane Extension, near Vasai Road East. The lab has been here for a good while, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. We mostly deal with testing and technical stuff that keeps us pretty busy from Monday to Saturday. It’s not a fancy place with leather chairs; it’s a working lab with equipment and benches and plenty of paperwork. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, it can get a bit hectic with people coming in and out. Most of our regulars know exactly where to find us, tucked away in the society building. We don’t spend much on decor because we’d rather focus on the machines and the results we’re getting. It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but it’s a nice enough path once you get used to it. The staff here is small, just a few of us who’ve been doing this for years. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just show up, run the tests, and hand over the reports. It’s straightforward work for people who need things done right. Sometimes the tea lady stops by, and that’s the highlight of the afternoon. We just keep things simple and functional here. We don't worry about being the most modern lab around, just the one that works.
