We are tucked away in the Viral Shopping Centre on Sainath Road. If you know Malad West, you probably know where Hotel Pawan is, we are right behind that. It’s a decent little spot. The shopping center has a lot of different businesses, so it stays fairly active throughout the day. We deal with polymers, which means we spend a lot of time looking at samples and checking on orders. The office isn't very large. It’s mostly filled with desks and some sample bins. We’ve been here long enough that we know the local chai wallah and most of the other tenants in the building. It’s a bit of a walk from the station but not too bad if the weather is okay. Working in Malad means you get used to the crowds. We don’t do much fancy advertising. Most people find us because they heard about us from someone else or they just saw the sign while walking to the hotel. We keep regular hours, usually opening up by ten. Sometimes the monsoon makes the road outside a bit of a mess, but we still show up. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people. We try to keep the paperwork in order, but sometimes it piles up on the desks. We just do our thing here behind the hotel and keep the business going as best as we can. It's nothing fancy, just a steady job we do every day without much fuss.
