El Gymnasio The Gym

If you go up to the third floor of Evershine Mall on Link Road, you will find us there. We occupy units 304, 305, and 306. It’s a pretty big space for a gym. Being right across from Spectrum Tower makes it easy for people to find us when they are coming from work in the evenings. The mall gets busy, but up on the third floor, it’s mostly just the sound of the machines and whatever music is playing on the speakers. We have all the usual weights and benches you would expect in a place like this. It isn't a silent place; there is always something going on with people moving around. The staff here are just regular people who like staying active and helping others figure out how to use the equipment safely. Sometimes the elevators in the mall are slow, but once you get inside the gym, it's a good environment for a workout. We spend a lot of time cleaning the floors and checking the cables on the machines every day. It’s a lot of maintenance work that people don’t really see when they come in. Link Road always has a lot of traffic, so we see people coming in at all hours to avoid the rush. We don’t have any fancy slogans. We just open the doors early and stay open late. It’s a place where you can just come in, do your sets, and head home.
