Trishant

If you head down Manchu Bhai Road, you will see us opposite the Bank of Baroda. We are on the first floor of Shankar Bhaji Wala Chawl, in Room No. 4. The name is Trishant. It is a very local spot. You can hear the vegetable sellers outside and the noise of the traffic all day long. Being in a chawl means the space is tight and you are close to your neighbors. We know everyone on our floor. The stairs are old and a bit steep, so you have to watch your step. Inside Room 4, we have made the most of the space. It is packed with everything we need for our daily tasks. We don't have air conditioning, so we rely on the ceiling fans and keeping the door open for a breeze. It gets a bit loud when the bank across the street is busy, but you get used to it. We aren't doing anything that requires a suit and tie. Most of us just wear simple clothes and get our hands dirty when needed. We don't have a big story to tell. We are just a small business trying to do things the right way. We take our tea breaks together and complain about the heat like everyone else. It is a honest way to spend the day, right in the heart of the neighborhood.
