Krishna Enterprises

Our shop is on Dogarasi Road, right by the Teen Batti area in Walkeshwar. It’s a fancy part of town, Malabar Hill, but our shop is just a regular place at number 4. We’ve been here for quite some time now. The space is small, so we have to be very careful about how we stack the boxes. Most of our day is spent dealing with deliveries or helping people who live nearby. It can get quite humid being so close to the water, and the salt air makes the metal hinges on the door a bit rusty. We don't have a big corporate team. It’s just a couple of us making sure the orders are right. Sometimes we make mistakes, like forgetting to write something down in the ledger, but we always fix it. We know most of the people who walk past every day. We usually have the radio playing in the background. It’s not a high-pressure environment. We just do the work as it comes. Sometimes we sit outside on the steps when it’s slow and watch the cars go by. We don't have any grand plans to expand or anything. We just want to keep the shop running and help our neighbors out with what they need. It’s a decent way to spend the day.
