Maitry Sales

Maitry Sales is our shop at Shop No. 9 in Neelyog Square. We are situated in Ghatkopar East, right across from the railway station. Being so close to the station means things are always moving and it gets very crowded with commuters. We hear the trains and the announcements all day long, which just becomes background noise after a while. Our shop is a busy little place because of the location. We handle various sales items and daily necessities for the folks passing through. The space inside is a bit tight because we try to keep a lot of stock on hand for our customers. There isn’t much room for standing around, but we manage. We’ve been at Neelyog Square for several years now. Most of our customers are people on their way to or from the train who need to pick something up quickly. We don't have a big team, usually just one or two of us behind the counter. It’s honest work and we stay busy from morning until late evening. The building is easy to find because it’s so close to the tracks. We don't bother with anything corporate; we just focus on helping the people who walk through our door. Ghatkopar East is a fast-paced area, and we’ve found our place right in the middle of it. We keep a small stool behind the counter for when we finally get a chance to sit down for a minute.
