Maitrini Dot Com

Maitrini Dot Com is run from E-1403 in Joy Homes, which is located in Bhandup West. It is a residential building, so the atmosphere is a bit different from a typical commercial office. We work out of the fourteenth floor, so we get a pretty good view of the Bhandup skyline from the window. It is mostly a quiet place, which helps when we need to concentrate on the computer work. Since we are in an apartment complex like Joy Homes, it doesn't feel like a cold corporate environment. We have our setup in one of the rooms with a few desks and some basic equipment. Most of our day is spent online or on calls. We don't really have people visiting us for meetings very often. It is a comfortable space that allows us to get things done without the usual noise of a main road. Bhandup West has changed a lot over the years, and there are plenty of places nearby to grab a quick snack or lunch. We usually start our day a bit later and work into the evening. It’s a small team, so we just manage everything ourselves. There is no big HR department or fancy lobby here. It is just a practical way to run things while being based in a place that feels familiar and quiet. We just get through our tasks and finish up for the day.
