We are located on the 7th floor of the B Wing in Gokul Paradise. It’s part of the Thakur Complex in Kandivali East. It is a busy area of Mumbai, and getting here in the morning can be a real struggle with the traffic. The office has a good view of the buildings around us, but we don't spend much time looking out the window. We handle a lot of the administrative side of things for the Mahindra name here. There are files everywhere and people are always on the phone talking about parts or schedules. It’s not the kind of place where you see the cars; it’s more about the paperwork and the coordination that keeps things moving behind the scenes. The elevator in this building is sometimes slow, so we end up waiting a lot. It is a functional space. We have chairs that don't quite match and a water cooler that glugs loudly every time someone takes a drink. It is just a group of people trying to keep things organized. Kandivali is a bit crowded, but there are good food stalls nearby for lunch. We don't have a big marketing team here or anything. It's just us doing the daily grind, checking lists, and making sure the data is entered correctly. It gets pretty quiet by the time we leave in the evening. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay on top of the pile.
