We've been here at Saikutir Appt in Airoli for a while now. It's just a regular flat on the fourth floor, number 401, but it works for what we do. Navi Mumbai is a busy place, and we are right in the middle of it. Some people find it hard to find the building at first, but once you're here, it’s pretty quiet. Most days it’s just us working on the files and talking to folks who drop by. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just some desks and a lot of paperwork. It’s a small team here. We handle the consulting side of things for people who need a bit of help with their projects. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so you might have to take the stairs, which isn't great. We try to keep things simple. No big speeches or fancy brochures. If you need something, you just come in and we talk about it over a cup of tea. It's how things get done around here. We've seen Airoli change a lot over the years, more buildings going up every day. Being in a residential apartment makes it feel a bit more like home than an office. We like it that way.
