We are located in Mahim (W), right on Sitladevi Temple Road. Pace Polly Pillow is actually inside Travasso Bunglow, in Room No. 2-2A on the ground floor. It’s a bit of an old-fashioned spot, which we like. Being near the temple means there is always some activity outside. People walking by, the smell of incense sometimes, and the general bustle of Mahim. Our work is pretty straightforward—we make pillows. We spend our time in those rooms surrounded by stuffing and fabric. It’s quiet enough inside compared to the street. We’ve got our routine down. Some days we are cutting fabric, other days we are packing things up. It’s not a huge factory or anything like that. It’s just a small space where we can focus on what we’re doing. The bungalow has a bit of character, which makes coming to work a little different than being in a plain office building. We don't spend much on advertising or anything like that. Most folks just find their way to Sitladevi Temple Road when they need something. We keep our doors open and just get on with the sewing and filling. It gets a bit messy with all the fluff, but that’s part of the job. We’ve been in Mahim for a bit now and we know the local streets pretty well. It’s a good place to be, and we just keep making our pillows one by one.
