Ion Exchange India Limited is based over on Dr E Mose Road. It is right by the Famous Studio, which just about everyone in this part of town knows. Nariman Point is a very busy place to be working. It is not all just modern offices; there is a lot of history in these particular streets if you look for it. Vidhan Bhavan is quite close by too, so there are always plenty of people moving around outside. We work on water stuff, mostly. The office is where we handle all the paperwork and coordinate everything for the day. It can be a real maze getting around here during the lunch hour. You see the same faces every single day at the local stalls. The building is a bit older, but it serves its purpose for us. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just looking at computer screens. Dealing with water treatment isn't exactly the most glamorous job, but it is what we know. The heavy rains in Mumbai can make the commute to Nariman Point a real headache for everyone. Sometimes the trains are running late, and the whole morning is thrown off. We just get through it and move on. There is a certain way things are done here, and we don't try to change it too much. Famous Studio is a good landmark for people. We don't have any fancy slogans or marketing goals. We just show up and get the day’s tasks finished as best as we can.
