Mahalaxmi Contructions has its base in Jogeshwari East, Mumbai. We are specifically located at 1 Chabinath Tiwari Chawl on Pratap Nagar Caves Road. If you know Mumbai, you know how busy and cramped things can get, and our area is no different. It is a lively place with a lot of noise and people always on the move. Our office is inside the chawl, so it is a very humble setup. We don't have much room, just enough for a couple of desks and some chairs for when people come to visit. Being on Pratap Nagar Caves Road means we are right in the heart of the local action. We handle construction projects around the city, and having a base in Jogeshwari makes it easier to get to different spots. It is a small operation, mostly family and a few workers we have known for years. We spend most of our time out at the sites, but this chawl is where we do all the administrative stuff and take our calls. It is not a polished office with air conditioning, but it is where we have been for a long time. We know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers. We just do our work, keep our heads down, and try to get things done right in this busy city. Living in Mumbai is never quiet, but it keeps us busy with new jobs every month. We take the train or ride bikes to get to our work sites early in the morning.
