This is the office at Lodha Excelus, over on the 1st Floor of the Apollo Mills Compound in Mumbai. Being on N M Joshi Marg means there’s always a lot of noise and traffic outside, but inside we just focus on the numbers. It’s a big company, everyone knows that, but here on the ground floor, it’s just a lot of people working hard. We’ve got rows of desks and people on laptops everywhere you look. It’s not all glamour like people think. There is a lot of late-night work and drinking way too much coffee from the pantry. We spend a lot of time looking at spreadsheets and talking to clients on the phone. The Apollo Mills area has its own history, and it's interesting to be working in a spot that used to be so different. We don’t really have a lot of time for fancy talk. There is always a deadline or a report that needs finishing. The people here are from all over, but we all end up stuck in the same Mumbai traffic at the end of the day. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch. This is just where the work happens. If you’re looking for the office, Lodha Excelus is hard to miss. We’re just one part of the floor, doing what we need to do to keep things accurate. It’s busy, it’s fast, and it’s just our daily life in this big city. We just keep our heads down and get it done.
