Magnate Events

You can find us at the Ackruti Trade Center in the MIDC area. We are on the fifth floor in the B Wing, specifically at space 91. It’s one of those big office buildings where a lot of different businesses are working side by side. Magnate Events is our small corner of the world. Since it’s a shared space, there is always someone moving around or talking on the phone. We spend our days planning out logistics for different gatherings and functions. The desks are usually covered in floor plans, lists of vendors, and old coffee cups. It’s a fast-paced environment because things in the event world change every hour. We don't have a big sign on the door or anything fancy. We just show up, get on the phones, and coordinate with the people we work with. The MIDC area is always buzzing with energy, and getting a parking spot can be a real headache if you arrive late. There’s a small canteen downstairs where we usually meet for a quick bite. We aren't a huge corporation; we are just a group of people who enjoy putting things together. Sometimes we stay late into the night when an event date is close. It’s not always glamorous work, mostly just a lot of organizing and making sure everyone knows where they need to be. We just try to get everything ready on time and hope for no surprises during the shows.
