It means we are on our laptops a lot, whether we are working from home or from a shared workspace somewhere. We handle management consulting, which involves a lot of back-and-forth communication and checking on details. We aren't really into all those polished marketing slogans or fancy posters you see everywhere. We just try to stay responsive and get the work done as it comes in. Honestly, being reachable via email makes things a lot faster for us and the people we talk to. We don't have to worry about the daily commute or the high overhead of a big fancy office building. It’s just us, our computers, and a lot of work to get through. We keep things pretty informal and direct. If someone needs help with management or staffing, they just send us a note and we take it from there. It works for us.
