Mafoi Management Consultants Ltd.

Our office is in Mumbai, specifically in Goregaon East. We are located in the Nalanda Co-Housing Society, which is right near the Western Express Highway. If you know Mumbai, you know how loud and busy that highway is, but once you get inside the society grounds, it’s a bit calmer. We work as Mafoi Management Consultants Ltd. from flat number 1905. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, but the view from the window is actually pretty decent. Working out of a housing society gives the office a much more personal feel than being in one of those huge, cold corporate parks. We know the security guards and most of the neighbors in the building. We handle a lot of management consulting from here, mostly over the phone or through email. The place is usually full of the sound of people typing and chatting about different job roles they are trying to fill. We don't have any fancy mission statements hanging on the walls or posters of mountains. We just have our calendars and our messy to-do lists. It’s a practical setup for a busy city like this one. We try to keep things simple and avoid all that corporate talk that doesn't really mean anything at the end of the day. We’re just a small team trying to do right by the people we work with. Most days we're just busy trying to keep up with the pace of the city.
