Our office is tucked away in the Moonlight Block, right across from Palm Villa. It’s a pretty easy spot to find once you know the area, though the traffic near the villa can be a bit of a headache during the evening rush. Maersk Sealand Shipping Pvt Ltd has its setup here on the 9 F level. It’s not a massive corporate building with a glass front, just a regular place where we get our work done. Most of us have been working here for a while, so we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the place. We spend a lot of time on the phones and looking at schedules, trying to make sure everything is moving like it’s supposed to. The Moonlight Block has a few other businesses too, so there’s always someone around in the hallways. Sometimes the lift acts up, and we have to take the stairs, which isn't great in the heat, but it’s just part of being in this building. We don't have fancy decorations on the walls, just maps and calendars that we actually use. Dealing with shipping means things are always changing, so the office can get a little chaotic with papers everywhere. We just try to keep things simple and stay on top of the daily tasks. It’s a decent place to work and we’re right in the middle of everything we need to be near.
