Maersk Global Service Centre

Maersk Global Service Centre is based in Mumbai at Kannamwar Nagar-1 in Vikhroli East. We are in Building Number 230, specifically in Room 9010 on the 4th floor. It’s a busy building in a part of the city that never stops. We’ve been here for a while, and the office is usually full of people working on computers and talking on headsets. We handle a lot of the back-end service work that keeps things moving in the world of shipping. It’s not exactly glamorous, but it is important. Vikhroli is a good spot because it’s well-connected, though the commute can be a bit of a nightmare sometimes. We don't go in for fancy talk or corporate slogans. We just sit at our desks and try to solve the problems that come up during the day. Sometimes a shipment gets stuck or a document is missing, and it’s our job to figure it out. We are a mix of different people from all over Mumbai. We eat our lunch together and talk about normal things, not just work. The office has a lot of windows, but we are mostly looking at our screens. We don't try to sound like a huge powerful company. At the end of the day, we are just a bunch of people in an office in Vikhroli trying to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible for the people waiting for their goods. We do our bit and then head back out into the Mumbai traffic.
