We are located on the second floor of Mamta CHS here in Prabhadevi. Our office is number 23. It is not a very big space but we make it work for everything we do. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and sorting through files on our desks. Appasaheb Marathe Marg stays quite busy outside so there is always noise from the street. We deal with medical supplies and healthcare products every day. It's just a regular group of people working here trying to keep things organized. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up so we take the stairs. That is just how it is. We have been in this part of Mumbai for some time now and know the area well. Lunch usually comes from the local spots nearby. We handle orders and talk to people who need supplies for their clinics or shops. It is steady work. We don't have fancy decorations or anything. Just desks, computers, and plenty of boxes that need to go out. We try to stay on top of the paperwork which seems to never end. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street traffic. We just focus on getting the tasks done before the day ends. It is practical work and we have gotten used to the rhythm of this neighborhood over the years. We just keep our heads down and handle the business as it comes.
